If you are hired, your application information will become part of your personnel file. If you are not hired, we will retain your application information for two months, to provide you an opportunity to inquire about the recruitment process, and then we will destroy it. If we believe your application may be relevant to another position in the future, we will seek your permission to retain your application information for a longer period of time.
DAC processes personal information that its clients have collected for the purposes of providing our digital marketing services.
This information is analyzed and processed exclusively under the instructions of the client and in compliance with the privacy policies of that client. DAC uses this information to develop multi-platform and multi-channel directional marketing, display advertising and search marketing campaigns and strategies for its clients. DAC does not sell personal information.
DAC may transfer personal information to suppliers and sub-contractors it employs to deliver its services or to support its operations. In all cases, DAC, through contractual clauses, ensures the personal information remains secure and is used for no other purpose than to deliver the services.
By law, organizations may be required to disclose personal information to government authorities upon demonstration of lawful authority or may be allowed to disclose personal information where it is reasonable for the purposes of investigating or preventing a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the law. Considering the minimal personal information DAC processes and the very low retention times, it is highly unlikely that DAC would be in that position. However, if you consented to have your personal information retained for longer, for example, when we seek your consent to retain your job application beyond the recruitment process to consider you for other positions, you can withdraw that consent and ask for deletion of that information at any time. If the personal information is no longer needed, we will delete it as soon as possible.
You can ask us to transfer the personal information you provided us to another organization.
