Speaker Bios
Suniel Curtis, Lead Digital Analyst, Experian.
Suniel leads the newly formed Experian Digital Analytics team. They use client data combined with Experian proprietary data sources (e.g. internet usage, social media and demographic) to generate valuable insights to increase ROI on marketing activities. Suniel has a background in the travel sector having worked for TUI and Hilton Hotels.  He loves doing travel sector analysis… almost as much as holidays.

Chris Rourke, Managing Director, User Vision
Chris is the founder and managing Director of User Vision, one of the UK’s leading user experience agencies. He has over 20 years commercial experience in user experience working with clients such as Emirates Airline, Jumeirah Group, Holiday Extras and many other clients in the UK and abroad.  Chris is a Board Member of ScotlandIS, the trade body for the software, IT and creative technology industries for Scotland. He is also on the Steering Committee for the world’s first Master’s degree in Design Ethnography at the University of Dundee which is helping train the ethnographers of the future. In his spare time Chris enjoys travel and sport, particularly ultimate Frisbee.

Andrew Hood, Managing Director, Lynchpin.
Andrew Hood is founder and managing director of Lynchpin. As well as heading up the business, he maintains an active role in providing consultancy and training to key clients.  Andrew’s marketing career began in 1999 at All-Hotels.com, where he developed the systems that led to All-Hotels becoming one of the biggest e-commerce sites in Scotland, selling for £1.425m in 2002 to Online Travel Corporation, now owned by Lastminute.com. In 2002 he developed one of the first online return on investment tracking systems, for the emerging online marketing sector. In 2005 he launched Lynchpin as an  independent web analytics business.  Andrew delivers in-company and public training for Econsultancy, and guest lectures at Oxford University, Hult International Business School, ESCP and Manchester Metropolitan University.
