Every new DAC employee participates in mandatory DEI training, which is designed to promote understanding and ensure that all team members feel empowered to bring their full selves to work.

DAC is proud to partner with The Mom Project and recognise that mothers are essential contributors to our success. By supporting moms in the workplace, we enhance overall employee well-being.
