The main themes discussed among the group were: the types of tools and culture necessary to become a data-driven organization; priorities and challenges in building teams; and key areas of focus for 2017.
Michael Le Blanc, VP Marketing & Communications at the Retail Council of Canada, shared yet-to-be-released highlights of the 2016 E-commerce Benchmark Survey, which included exclusively Canadian data and important forecast, policy and trend information for 2017.
DAC would like to thank all participants and partners, in particular, Retail Council of Canada and Telus World of Science that supported this year’s event.
